Ticket Questions

For the upcoming Berks Jazz Fest, all ticketing services will return to Ticketmaster. Through this collaboration, fans will once again have the convenience and choice they’ve been asking for — including the ability to purchase tickets in person at a box office located at Santander Arena, with no ticket fees. In addition, Ticketmaster’s secure platform will offer seamless online purchasing, mobile ticketing, and improved customer support. Please check the Ticketmaster website for ticket purchases and Santander Arena website for Box office dates and times open.
